Learning is often defined as a change in understanding or behavior, as a result of an experience or a new input. Hence, with our Learning program, we aim at bringing about new input, always derived from latest research-based Bast-Practice by the Haines Centre for Strategic Management, at its core having Systems Thinking as foundation.
Our Learning program, compromising 4 main activities, is supplementing our Consulting, and is in turn also an integral part of our Strategic Solutions development:
In 2010, S T R A S O L launched its initial 2 Learning workshops from Haines Centre for Strategic Management. In 2011, S T R A S O L's Learning workshops are being supplemented by 3 additional workshops; again coming from the Haines Centre for Strategic Management. All 5 workshops are conducted in S T R A S O L's own Learning Centre and were all developed based on the unique Haines Business Excellence Architecture:
